At DPS, we are dedicated to providing the world’s finest reprographic equipment, products and service. Our job isn’t done until we provide complete customer satisfaction on every product, every order…every time.
The DPS Customer Satisfaction Guarantee demonstrates our commitment to this objective.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your equipment, DPS will replace it with an identical model (or one with equivalent features and capabilities) at no cost to you.
The DPS Customer Satisfaction Guarantee applies to all equipment sold by DPS which is maintained on a regular basis by DPS through one of our full service maintenance plans including supplies. This policy does not apply to equipment failure or damage due to situations beyond DPS’s control. The DPS Customer Satisfaction Guarantee is valid for one year from the date of installation for purchases or the term of the lease.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us and we will do our best to correct the problem by reprinting the file(s). You have the option to ask for a refund if you do not want DPS to reprint. The print(s) will have to be delivered back to us with comments. We will refund the price of scanning and printing upon receipt. The customer is responsible for shipping charges.
